Photokaaran.com is a well wisher to photographers especially in and around Tamil Nadu. This is a place for Media people to learn, share their experience with fellow photographers, showcase their creativity and thereby accelerate their business.

The Team

Photokaaran.com was conceived by Dhas and implemented by his long time friend Thulasi.

Thulasi is a Data Analyst by profession and a freelance web designer. He got to meet Dhas in 1997 in a Music Class and later became his Hindi student. Ever since the relationship has grown stronger.

He did his M.Sc Mathematics from Vivekananda College and M.Tech in Computer Applications from IIT Delhi.

Apart from programming, he spends time on playing musical instruments. He has certifications from Trinity College of Music, London.

He is also a Kriya yoga meditation practitioner and feels privileged to give back to the society.

DhasThanikachalam is a creative person with over 32 years of experience in the nuances of Photography / Videography. He is an Apple certified Pro, FCP editor and a consultant on numerous topics on Photography &  Videography.

He has certifications from Trinity college of Music, London. Being a Guitar player and an exceptional trainer, he was instrumental in starting 3B School of Music, on 1999.

He works in Ashok Leyland and started Rainbow Photographic Studio in 2009. He edits short films, Documentary films, Event Programs and is active in Press / Media.

He is now in a role to share his experience and expertise with the (media) photography community in & around Tamil Nadu and International to take it to the next level.
